By engaging TR Dynamics LLC or using our software, you agree that services are provided under a mutually agreed scope of work. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined per project agreement. Software is provided on an "as-is" basis once accepted, and TR Dynamics LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. You agree to use our software lawfully and not to resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it without written permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA.
What information we collect and how we protect it.
TR Dynamics LLC collects only the information necessary to deliver and support our services — such as your name, email address, and project details you provide directly. We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe), and we do not store full payment card details on our systems. We retain client data only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
How we handle refunds and cancellations.
For custom software and service work, refunds are assessed based on work completed at the point of cancellation. If you are unsatisfied with a delivered product or service, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include revisions or a partial/full refund where appropriate. Subscription or recurring services may be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following billing period; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.
